Products and packages shipped by different carriers may take longer to deliver due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing impacts of COVID-19.


Coronavirus spread (COVID-19) is an evolving issue with new information unfolding hourly. The Benjamin Moore Miramar & Spectrum Painting Center continues to monitor guidelines established by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. USA (CDC) and the Canadian Public Health Agency (PHAC) on an ongoing basis. During this time of global health concern, rest assured that we are being proactive in helping mitigate the risk of COVID-19 for our people and our business.

We understand that it is imperative to limit any impact COVID-19 may have on our customer service, and we are highly focused on efforts to maintain a safe work environment and maintain operations. As such, we have activated a Business Continuity Plan that:

Provides best practices to prevent the spread of disease.

Put into practice social isolation, regulating the number of people in our stores.

We create a contactless delivery procedure for everyone by activating delivery on the curb. Customers will be able to pick up their purchases outside our stores in the designated area.

We have implemented an effective and fast delivery system for all our products enabled for local deliveries, advising our home delivery staff to follow daily preventive actions, such as frequent hand washing, disinfecting frequently touched objects and carrying sanitizer.

We are taking steps to minimize service interruption in the event of a manufacturing facility or distribution center closure by our suppliers.

We temporarily adjust store hours to better serve customers and communities in response to COVID-19. Starting Monday, March 23, our stores will close Monday through Friday at 5 p.m. and Saturdays at 1 pm while opening hours will remain unchanged.

Adjusted hours will give stores the ability to provide additional time to replenish shelves and perform cleaning. As part of our normal practice, our stores are cleaned and disinfected daily. Following the instructions of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we are increasing the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and elsewhere.

As an essential retailer for the communities we serve, we are committed to keeping stores open as we always do in times of crisis and natural disaster. Homeowners and businesses depend on us for urgent needs.

Since many items in our store are in high demand, our merchants and supply chain teams are prioritizing replenishment and replenishment as quickly as possible.

We have temporarily postponed or canceled upcoming events planned to be held in our stores.
