Shipping policy

Benjamin Moore / Miramar & Spectrum Paint Center online store shipping policy.

Our online store will send color swatches and other color tools such as Fan Covers, Paints, Sundries and any other products that we market in our stores to your home, office or workplace. Gallons, five gallons, and quarts of exterior and interior paint can be purchased online and picked up locally at our Miraramar Paint Center or Spectrum Paint Center stores in just 3 hours.

We currently ship within the continental United States and other countries.

To guarantee delivery, we must have complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Shipping rates are based on weight and are shown at the end of the checkout process.

All orders are processed and shipped in boxes for shipment Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders we receive before 3:00 p.m. ET generally leave our warehouses in Miami Florida within 24-48 hours. When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you that contains the tracking number of the selected Carrier, for example UPS or USPS. This tracking information provides an estimated delivery date.

Delivery information

Ground orders take 1 to 5 business days to arrive from the shipping date and are delivered Monday through Friday. 3 Day Air orders arrive within 3 business days from the shipping date and are delivered Monday through Friday. This does not include warehouse handling time.

It is at the sole discretion of the Carrier driver to drop off a package at your door. If the shipping location is considered a "safe" area, the Carrier driver will drop off the package. However, if the driver has had past incidents of lost or stolen packages, chances are they will not leave the package. If the Carrier drops packages at your door regularly, this package should be no exception.

Be aware that extreme weather conditions can damage the paint. Because our paint is environmentally friendly, it is more susceptible to freezing than other paints. We use special winter packaging to ensure your paint arrives unfrozen and in excellent condition. However, if you anticipate not being home within 8 hours of package delivery in months during which frostbite may occur, we strongly recommend that you send your package to a business address to protect your paint from extreme temperatures.
