Duration of Coverage: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and covers the original purchaser only.

Eligibility: The Plan is available for new light fixtures purchased from Residence Supply. It is not transferable and applies only to the initial installation of the product.

What's Covered: The Plan covers any malfunction, defect, or failure of the light fixture, excluding any issues resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper installation.

Replacement Policy: If any covered issues arise during the 60-month period, Residence Supply will provide a new replacement for the faulty fixture at no additional cost.

Claim Process: To initiate a claim, contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and details of the issue. After verifying eligibility, we will initiate the replacement process.

Limitations and Exclusions: This Plan does not cover cosmetic damages, damages caused by acts of God, or issues arising from unauthorized repairs or alterations.

Termination: The Plan will automatically terminate if a replacement is provided or if the Plan is refunded.
